Refund policy
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your digital item to request a refund.
Since our products (including budget templates, spreadsheets, and other digital downloads) cannot be physically returned, we process refunds based on user experience and product functionality. To be eligible for a refund, we ask that you provide your receipt or proof of purchase and a brief explanation of why the product did not meet your needs.
How to Request a Refund To start a refund request, you can contact us at gridwise.digitals@gmail.com. Because our products are digital files, there is no need to mail anything back or print shipping labels. Once your request is accepted, we will process the refund directly to your account.

Corrupted Files and Download Issues Please check your digital files immediately upon download. Contact us right away if a file is corrupted, a template link is defective, or if you accidentally received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue, provide a working file, or make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items Certain types of digital items cannot be refunded. This includes custom digital products (such as specially personalized spreadsheets or custom-built trackers) and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on promotional sale items.
Exchanges If you accidentally purchased the wrong template or software version, the fastest way to get what you want is to request a refund for the incorrect item. Once the refund is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the correct file.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. You will need your receipt or proof of purchase. (Note: While standard EU regulations often state that downloading digital content waives this right, our 30-day refund guarantee still fully applies to ensure you are covered).
Refund Processing We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your request, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
